First phone contact with the candidate in order to get
to know the company and its services. Ultimate goal of
the first contact is to arrange a Skype interview with the
collaborating companies.

Skype Interview
The collaborating company organizes, via Skype or
telephone, a conversation with the potential candidate in
order to get to know better one another. They will inform
the doctor about the currently open positions and the
selection process as well.

Services
The collaborating companies provide you with a thorough
in-depth interview preparation call talking you through what
to expect and how to prepare for the interview. These are
not bland, generic conversations telling you things you
already know – they are focused on ensuring that you
present yourself in the best possible light and giving you
the best opportunity of securing the post.

Profile Submission
Evaluation of the candidate from the collaborating
companies in cooperation with the hospital or any
other health institution.

Facilitate
After the CV’s evaluation and if the doctor succeeds the
IELTS test and complete the GMC/IMC procedures, a Skype
interview is arranged with the hospital manager who has
shown interest to the candidate doctor.

New Position
If the outcome is positive, the candidate signs the contract
with the hospital and starts in the new position in a short
period of time.
